Research standards
We prioritize vendor pricing and help-center documentation, particularly for plan prices, limits and policies. We check date-sensitive facts at publication and explicitly label any approximation. We do not create fake ratings, invented testimonials, fabricated results or unverified hands-on testing claims.
Comparison rubric
- Clearly define the product’s ideal user and job to be done.
- Compare total costs including subscription fees and relevant transaction fees.
- Note what entry plans limit and what changes after upgrading.
- Explain integration, migration, operations and member-experience tradeoffs.
- Identify circumstances where a competitor is the better choice.
- Link to primary sources and revisit pages when meaningful claims change.
Corrections
Prices, software capabilities and affiliate terms change. Readers should confirm vendor checkout figures.
Affiliate independence
We may be paid when visitors purchase through some links. Paid referral status does not mean the linked product wins every comparison. Refer to our full disclosure.
How we handle updates
A reviewer compares the source material linked in each guide, records vendor pricing terms with a review date, checks differences in annual and monthly billing, and revises any outdated statements. A listed keyword-difficulty metric is an internal research tool and never a product quality score. We do not display arbitrary numerical review scores without a documented measurement method.
Prices, features, taxes and payment terms can change. Check the linked provider documentation and your checkout before subscribing. Our analysis is editorial and should be assessed against your own business model.
